That's the downside of possibly the greatest blessing we've been given: free will. God gave us the ability to decide for ourselves, and we have been learning from our mistakes ever since.

There is a great book called "The Science of Good and Evil" and it talks about this. It basically asks the question If God was all good and all knowing.... then why do badthings happen. And it's a great book. It's not a religious book, it's just a here's why that doesn't really make much sense.
However, religious people with strong faith usually have the 'free will' answer or the power of Satan, etc. I never was sure when Hell got started, it's a fallen Angel, but shouldn't that have occured after he created people? Cause prior to that, what evil would the Angel have done?
Oh the questions!

You don't have any respect for God do you? I'm betting that you don't read/study the Word at all and you are going on something someone said or simple traditions. Am I right?
Know this up front. To God, big G, we are as filthy rags. This means that we are as a rag a woman uses during her menstruation period compared to the Righteousness of God.
God gave us, that's you and me and everyone of His children from the first day of this earth age a free will. In the first earth age, we did not require this gift as there was no need. Then Satan was found to have Pride in his heart. Another Story if you decide to read the Word.
God knew how things were to turn out, that's for sure, but I know He was hoping it would go a different way.
What happened in the Garden of Eden you might ask yourself?
I can tell you this, it didn't have anything to do with fruit. It had to do with and here it comes, SEX.
Eve had sex with Satan and then her husband Adam and she conceived by both of them. Twins. One child from both father's.
I hope this does not surprise you. When most people hear the truth they shut down from it. They can't stand to hear the truth and won't go and find out for themselves either. Hope you are not like them.
There is only one who is perfect. That's God my dear. Go now and read to show yourself perfect before the LORD in Jesus Christ name. So much truth is contained in the volume of the Book, The Bible.><>

ok good question: In heaven there was an issue of soverienty that arose among the ranks as it were. James 1: 13-15 states: "When under trial let no say : I am being tried by God. For with evil things God cannot be tried nor does he himself try anyone. BUT each one is drawn out and enticed by his own desire. Then when the desire becomes fertile, gives birth to sin, turn sin , when it has been accomplished, brings forth death." The very same thing happened to who we know know has satan the devil.
He desired all human to worship him rather than God who created all of us. As he thought about it he took action to decieve Eve by telling her lies about God. Found at Genesis 3: 1- 5 .....Now the serpent proved to be the most cautious of all the wild beasts of the field that Jehovah God had madeSo it began to say to the woman: " IS IT REALLY SO that God said you must not eat from Every tree of the garden? At this the woman said of the fruit of the trees of the garden we MAY eat. But as for the tree in the middle of the garden God has said: You must not eat from it No, you must not touch it that you do not die", At this the serpent said to the woman" You Posivivly will NOT die, for God knows that inthe very day of your eating from it , your eyes are bound to be opened and you are bound to be like God knowing good and bad" SO Eve believed the lie. And SATAN BECAME SATAN ( which mean opposer) and Devil which means slanderer he and eve made a choice
Now why did he put it there in the first place,, anyone with kids will tell you they have the right to make rules in thier own house right? Genesis 1:26 And God went on to say let us make man in our image according to our likeness" Ok so human parents are simply imitaiting God,, why wouldn't the creator of us and our home have the right to make such rules??? He has that right to excersise over his children. And since the issue of soverienty was raised,, he had to give them a choice,,, it's all about the choices,,, even still today. He did make the first humans perfect and he made that rebellious angel perfect too... choices darlin choices.

how can a bird tell if its chick is ready to l;eave the nest,
when it begins to think for itself it just dosnt seem cute anymore,
the forbidden fruit was fermented on the vine grapes,
adam and eve ate the fruit and got drunk,
sure they were repentant and ashamed next day ,but you should a seen the mess they made ,they knew the rules.
but they didnt follow the rules of the/our fathers house thus were sewn into the skins [flesh embodied] and kicked out of the house to grow up
any parent dreads the time the child challange his parent right , reason ,rule and or authority ,but its only being an adult human being human.
its inevitable ,sure we could be perfect as ants ,but god is reason and logic ,love and freewill
we are perfect when we do good its cause we choose to to so
also knowing our sins were freely chosen as well ,but who to judge perfect
the only perfect is god
perfect love , perfect grace

Because the story about Adam, Eve and the forbidden fruit {and the devil disguised as a serpent} is just plain fiction. It never really happen.

He could have made robots! What kind of love would that be?Choice is the trial and the test and then the realization of wrong doing and the journey to change oneself for the better; all of these things make us the Children of God. He made us in order to love us.

What makes you think that God was surprised? Adam and Eve were made perfect but were given free will. If God took away all temptation or deprived us of free will, then we would just be puppets. Puppets can't choose to love you back....

We are already perfect! Gosh... please do some more research on the imperfect, unfinished, re-written, omitted book you call the bible. It's not completed hasn't been for centuries. Only other humans would have you believe you're imperfect--the very same ones who manipulated all the holy books, so you'd be doing exactly what you're doing today, feeling bad about yourself over something that probably didn't happen the way it's been told! Enough already! Ugh!

What really matters is that He has provided us a way out of the mess that we are in. You could spend forever trying to figure this out but what good would it do you when we have been given the answer to a better life after this one? You're just spinning your wheels.
