Good: unprocessed food in its natural state.... if a food spoils fairly quickly it usually doesn't have any added preservatives or chemicals (but of course you want to eat it before it spoils) and that's good.
Bad: processed food. A lot of additives, preservatives and things that will keep it looking good and lasting a long time. Here's an example---do you know how many ingredients in a McDonald's Strawberry Milkshake that you probably can't even pronounce because you're probably not a chemist. That's pretty scary.
If you want to see what 'bad' food is you should check this out:

In keeping with their Code of Professional Conduct, food technologists in industry take great care to ensure that food products are safe and wholesome. But eating or drinking too much of any food can be bad for you -- too much water can kill you. We shouldn't think of good foods or bad foods, but of good or bad diets.

There are no good or bad foods.
Just good and bad mindsets about food.

General rule of thumb, if it's good & you like it, it is probably bad for you. If it is bad, and you don't much care for it, it is probably good for you.
