From your own experience, which non-prescription diet pill has worked the best for you with the least side effects? I'm overweight and I really have tried so much to take it off (including eating healthy and exercise in which I am still doing). I understand there are a lot of risks, but I'm desperate.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

Really, the best thing is to get educated on why you are craving certain foods, namely the fatty and sugary ones. Read the book "You, on a Diet". It teaches you about all the things that happen when you eat different foods. The processed ones are the most damaging because they make you want to eat more. The book also tells you what kinds of foods to eat for the purpose of satisfying your appetite. It's all a game of strategy and once you know how to play, it becomes a very easy game to play for the rest of your life.

Hydroxycut has been known to help people lose weight...but it can be a pill with funny side effects.... usually constipation...the pill tends to dehydrate you so you must make sure that you're well hydrated...drink lots and lots of water. Make sure you do some weight training, and cardio...exercise is important...without the exercise you will not see the results you want.

I've never used diet pills so I can't suggest anything. From what I hear Hydroxy-Cut works pretty well but I've never tried it.

With that being said, I would recommend a balanced diet with exercise over any diet pill.

Diet pills are the worst thing you could put in your body. They DO NOT work, they only increase your heart rate, which could cause a heart attack (no matter how young you are). There is no easy way to lose weight.

Watch out for diet pills...they're not all they're cracked up to be. You're probably better off using diet cookies. Sounds oxymoron-ish but they actually work.
