There is a trade off between being too skinny and being smart. To be physically fit, you need to cut down on fat; however, in order for your brain to function properly, you need a certain amount of cholesterol. In other words, do not totally cut fat out of your diet unless you plan to deprive your brain of essential cholesterol necessary for intelligence.

Absolutely not.

You do need a certain amount of fats every day in order to absorb some types of vitamins and other nutrients. In addition, your body needs a certain amount of fat in order to produce every type of hormone that you need.
