try to stay busy...keep your mind stimulated by starting new projects that perhaps you have been putting off or do something just for yourself...buy yourself something nice...go to the gym and work out....invite a few friends to go bowling or something that would be fun to you.........avoid anything that you know would make you think of the past.....look at this as a new beginning...and a brand new you....Good Luck and God bless...

Try to keep busy with work, school, hobbies, whatever--just don't weaken and call your ex. You broke up for a reason, and it's best to go forward, not backward. Don't jump into a new relationship now, either; try to heal and learn from your last relationship. Focus on YOU and things you want to do.

Do something that you would enjoy doing without your ex. Go for a jog. Do something that you've never done before alone. I found these ways helpful when my boyfriend and I broke up. We are now engaged to be married in July. But while I was by myself, I enjoyed being by myself.

properly, there is not plenty you're able to do to take your strategies off of her, enormously if the breakup exchange into modern-day. merely attempt to remember the forged circumstances, cry a sprint in case you will desire to, and circulate on with existence. you will in all danger be hurting for some days, then it might get greater bearable. you in all danger heavily isn't thoroughly free of this until you hit upon yet another woman to love although.

Keep reminding yourself why she is your EX...and keep in mind that time heals all wounds. You will meet the right person some day and this will be a faded memory

Discover a new hobby. Golf? Tennis? Cooking? It will keep your mind on how fun your new skill is and off the girl.

Physical exercise, hang out with friends, keep busy. Know that better things are headed your way. Be patient, and good luck to you.
