They get paid exactly the same as everyone else in the military. It completely depends on their rank. Linguist in the military (all branches) do get a little extra for being proficient in their language. But it's something like $300 a month extra.

They get paid the same as everyone esle in the same rank. Every rank has the same pay, they might get a little bit more with COLA, ect...but the base pay is the same

If you're an American citizen and get a TS clearance, you could make around $100,000.
