I have fair skin and my eyelids look dark, like a redish color. How do i make that disappear?

maybe you dont get enough sleep or you cry alot...use morning burst (eye brightner) from clean&clear....

I honestly have never seen that but you can try a bit of carefully applied green tinted moisturizer, to counteract the redness...careful not to get it in your eyes...
you could try some green tinted concealer under your makeup...again, carefully applied...

Oh i know what you mean.
I'm not to fond of the green concealer part because it always has a green tint to it afterwards. try using concealer and a certain eyeshadow for your eyelids.

use a good conceler under a light, matt eyeshadow
