Jackie Chan is the all time karate player, but Jet Lee is the new generation.. So Jet Lee would win.

well, Its hard to tell because u only see them fight in movies whichc is a special field that uses choreography. jackie chan is more of a comedy guy that does plot while jet li does more chinese or ancient chinese based fighting.I would say jet li because hes more focused in kung fu.

Whichever of the two happens to have been casted for the character who is going to win according to the script.
These men are actors. Unless I saw them fight in earnest with my own two eyes, there is no way that I will see any of them as a martial artist.

Most seem to forget that in marshal arts the elders are the ones that teach the youthful. The are the true masters whose levels of understanding goes far beyond the physical aspects of the art. If I had to bet it would not be on the younger fighter.
