Mehong, you idiot, did you even think about the question for 10 seconds? How about Australia and New Zealand? How about South Africa? Why answer the question at all if you're just going to be full of $hit?

Most Indians (India) speak very good English because of the long history of British colonialism.

I don't know the number but in Europe, there are only Great Britain (which include Scotland, England, Northern Ireland, and Wales). The US, of course, Canada, Australia, New Zealand ? , and then there should be several African Nations. My neighbor, who is from Nigeria, she told me that English is their official language, since there are so many dialects that, especially in politics, no one could agree which dialect to use, so I could imagine there being more countries like that elsewhere.
