having seen such objects myself, and listening to the prof stumble around trying to explain why it was in the coal in the first place, leaves me to believe that science today is in denial.

These are objects that are hidden from most peoples view as they contradict the prevailing theories.
There has been more than one "world" flood and science has found proof that there has been at least three floods in the middle east. and tales of civilizations that predate biblical dating.Whose level of civilization was on a par or better than our current level. The world is more than 6049 yrs old. I believe that is the number of yrs since the exile of ADAM and EVE from the Garden of EDEN. And they were not the first created humans on Earth but the first of the race from which the Israelites came from. AS they met other tribes outside of the GARDEN after the exile. SO how could they be the first created humans? The first humans were most likely very small in height as each generation is growing larger in height. The average height of those from the middle ages was about 5ft 3in at best.while today the average height is 6ft +.
And something with a memory and a means of communications (oral) would have had to be around so that the verses that say in those days there were giants roaming the earth before the creation of ADAM and EVE. There is a large missing chunk of history missing from the biblical verses between the creation of the physical universe and the creation of ADAM and EVE.

Well, either the case is wrongly dated, you're making that up (checking all the world record books and such similar things), or studies need to undergo another time prediction theory about when exactly man walked upon this Earth.

~How can you accept the Flood and the fables preceeding it and still accept the fact of a Cretaceous period. Have you looked at a calendar?

The flood that covered the tops of the mountains is called the ice age. The last of it is quickly melting away. I believe in God who is eternal, and the God of history. God is the over-seer of history, and creation.

We don't hear much about those things, so nobody really pays them any mind. They are anomalies.
