Because we have a crucifixion complex. I mean a persecution complex. I mean we have low self esteem and little self worth.

Well it is obvious that no person is perfect, no matter how much you try. Even if you don't believe in Christian laws, I know there has been a time when you have hurt someone in your life, physically or mentally. The fact that Jesus died on the cross isn't supposed to be gruesome because He died, but instead glorious because He lives again.
I hope I cleared that up for you, thank you for making me think of a new perspective. If you have anything else, I'll try to answer it.

Worthless? I do not consider myself worthless, knowing that I am loved unconditionally. The sad thing about this world is that people do not want to except that they are loved and can be forgiven for all "dirty" things. I don't know of one person that is not "dirty". As far as projecting our uncleanliness; I feel this is inaccurate. Everyone makes mistakes, and many people would like to change those mistakes or at least find some personal closure. God wants to help with this because he loves us.

It is true that fundamentalists are self-loathing people because the believe that all people (including themselves) are born of sin. For them, being human is dirty and evil. That is why they see female sexuality as the Devil’s tool, sent to tempt men away from their families. And, it is the Devil that makes those men leave their mean, ugly, nasty, but pious wives to chase down some ho.
Their mission is to make sure that every human recognizes their own personal sin so that they will be as miserable and hateful of humanity as the already-converted. It is, therefore, their Godly duty to spread misery to every corner of the earth until every human is miserable – but saved.

Who decides what is a 'sin'? In fact, what is sin?
Has your God personally instructed you on the full list and correct definitions of each and every sinful thing?
No?
Don't worry, no one else (no one sane, anyway) has ever their God provide such instruction, either.

(change of subject).....I am personally not a religious aspect but i am spiritual I have come to a conclusion that religion is money how do you think religion came about is like Hitler he started a disease unfortunately it was wrong, born again Christians are people that makes religion powerful they were once "sinners" and they were bribe that Jesus or god came to help them so they preach how they were destine to be touch by miracles, unfortunately our mind is stronger than our hearts for others they are weak and tend to have addictions and never came back from "my body is here but my mind is somewhere else" I respect people that believe what they believe and quit knocking on my doors and ask for my money please stop! religion is true it is man made just like the masons is all about money people came out with a clever idea on how to make money...How do think during Rome civilization the Pharaohs century were able to get people some are for good cause which are great but other is for world power domination the British when the conquered the US and swipe every one KKK Hitler Fidel Castro and many more dictators all religion really show is MORALS VALUES HAPPINESS but i still believe that it is made for power and money!!!! BTW i never spoke or jugde any religion i come from an orthodox catholic background just learn through phylosophy and common sense of what i now. i never raise or disagree with my parents about their beliefs but i like to share on what i know.

I think the problem is that you're looking at it from a different perspective than we Christians do. If you look "down" or around you, you see yourself as no worse than anyone else -- and you'd be right about that.
Looking "up" at Jesus, however, and seeing how perfectly He loves is a different story. I see how far I've fallen short of His example -- and it makes me grateful for His sacrifice, generosity, and grace.

Well first of all you are in the religion section so if you don't want to hear it , why are on here? Secondly, I am not fit to kiss Jesus' foot. Nobody deserves what he did for us. Nobody is clean that is why Jesus died so he could save us and make our souls without blemish or spot. Our human bodies are dirty because we sin, Our soul is clean and white. That is if you are saved.

you mean to tell me that you don't sin? yes we sin as christians but so does every other human being on the face of the earth.
It is sad that someone had to die to make us healthy? He had to die because we are all sinners... It is sad in a way that we are sinners and needed someone to die for us, but it is out of Love that God sent his son to die for us. Now anyone can go to heaven, but the amazing part is that God gave us free will. He will not force himself on you or I. I chose to ACCEPT his gift and sacrifice. How amazing is it that God, knowing I was a sinner, sent His son to die for me?
How amazing is that you are able to get on yahoo answers and express your opinion of us and how dirty we are, because God gave you free will. Although he loves you and wants you to believe and follow him, he lets you make your own decision.
We are all unclean.. and I think if you look at the world we are living in, you would not be able to deny that. Sad but true, this world is getting worse every day... luckily the one's who believe in God's name and accept Him as their saviour, have the hope of a future in heaven... you can too...
I recommend reading any of these books: "The Case for Christ" and "The case for faith" by Lee Strobel. Both are amazing books with so many answers to all the questions people have about christianity and the lifelong question "why do bad things have to happen" The author of this book was setting out to prove christianity wrong, and ended up believing himself! Good luck!

You dont really know Jesus. None of the Christians are happy that Jesus die in the cross. He die to save all of the sinner, and its on the bible that we must value His sacrifice by being his good child.
We are HAPPY on the fact that he arise on the third day and goes to heaven.
I really want to bash you with very harsh words, but i know God will not allow me to do that. Let Him be the One who punish you!
You are Satan's disciples, may you repent & God forgive your soul. When you die you will rot in hell forever.
