i need help with itunes i hate it i cant get it to work?

i just get everything right after hours and hours and i go to add one song or pic and then everything is gone or messed up is there a better way to use it or a web site that can explain it to some one who is new at it i have looked at apple to many time to count help please

I really want to answer your question and be helpful, but your grammar / punctuation is confusing! Help how? What is messed up? What are you talking about? The only advise I can give you is to e-mail apple. They do respond within a day or two... just be sure to be clear in the e-mail.

Well whats ur problem? Is it playing music or not? if it is no problem is there. Actully iTunes playes only supported format of music. To play other format it converts them in supporting formats like if u have *.wma sound file, then it will convert it to mp3, aac or other supporting formats. I think u r facing the same problem. to fix this drag the song file to play list i tunes will show u a error and will ask u to convert the song. Allow it, the other way is Right click on song name in Playlist and select "Convert Selection to AAC. this will convert this song and save the file in My Music/iTunes folder. If its not working then reinstall the program.
