DVD I have burned being copied,if yes how?

Yes, or at least to make it significantly harder to directly copy it. There are a few Free or Commercial CD/DVD protectors available out there. Check my source, and scroll around. It list Free utilities towards the bottom.

No. You can copy any DVD that will fit in your drive.
