Any time a person is taking part in self-destructive behavior and they share it with anyone, the behavior should no longer be a secret. This is a life or death matter and must be reported to someone as soon as possible. One day she may die from bulemia and if you never reported it then the guilt will eat you up.

My acquaintances believed i exchange into bulimic while i exchange into in school (I wasn't, yet I did have an ingesting issue) and yeah, on the time i did not think of it exchange right into a huge deal the two. i exchange into weight-reduction plan and saving money so of direction you do not possibly understand that this finished ingesting element / bulimia is what's inflicting the straw-like hair, the susceptible nails, the cramps, the issues, etc. If she is bulimic, you will desire to tell her, tell her that she does not consume, tell her that she is going to the bathing room after each meal, that she's skinny, that she does not act like her previous self - she has to hearken to this from you simply by fact she would be able to't see it in herself. (whether its a sprint exagerated, tell her besides). I first realised that my ingesting element exchange into intense when I left college and that i exchange into assembly up on the city with a chum, and that i had started ingesting greater so we went for lunch ( I had a salad of direction) and he or she reported "i'm so happy to work out you ingesting, you look plenty greater advantageous" and thats what made me understand that I ever had a issue interior the 1st place.

If your friend is a minor (or even a young adult) ask yourself this question:
If you had to choose between her hating you for the rest of her life, but being alive OR liking you but seriously damaging her health and/or dying which would you pick? Betraying a confidence is not a minor thing to do, but neither is standing by while someone hurts herself.
Its a tough position to be in. Perhaps there is someone whom you can get help from, such as one of your parents, a school counselor or minister.

Tell her to go to the doctor immediately. Bulimia is a serious eating disorder that has taken the lives of many young women . tell her about the consequences that might happen to people with this eating dis order. Go to http://www.4woman.gov/faq/Easyread/bulnervosa-etr.htm there you will find all about bulimia and what could happen to you. Show that page to your friend and hopefully it will change her mind about going to the doctor or telling someone.

Tell someone at your school that you can trust or her parents.she will thank you later for it. If you didn't tell you wouldn't be her friend. You right she could become very very sick or even die doing what she is doing.Good luck sweetie I know its hard. But the right thing isn't always easy. But never forget it's the right thing.

You have to notify her parents. Ignore her request not to tell. You have to save her life. The fact that she told you means that she is reaching out for help and really wants it.

Help her and be with her along the way. You must first help her to realize that she has a problem and she needs help ( Her confesions is a form of asking for help, so take actions).
Then seek consult and remember to be with her along the way. She needs your support ;)

well definitely it´s a very delicate situation. i think you should talk to her parents and find some medical help for her, this might kill her. your friend might get mad at you but it doesn´t matter because you are trying to help her and you can save her life.

Yah!!! I think you should tell one parent who wont be mad at her or start screaming. Explain to her tht she cant do that. If she is trying to lose weight tell her that she isnt gonna lose weight like that.

It seems like you already know the answer to this question--you have to help her, you can't just let her keep doing it.
