eat more often because that way it keeps you metabolism going all the tiem. Obviously, the food you would eat would be the closest natural source. For example, eat whole grain cereals rather than sugary cereals. Get my drift? Also, eat lots of produce.

actually, drinking ice water after your eat slows down your metabolism... your body needs to be certain temp in order to metabolise the food and when you cool it down, it doesnt work as fast. it will slow down until its back at the temp it needs to be
