I'm really depressed right now. Im trying to end a relationship with a girl who's lied and cheated on me. She regrets it and is doing alot to try apologize. I can see that shes sorry but i dont believe her because shes lied so many times already. Im really depressed and i need someone to talk to. I've look for depression hotlines, but all that comes up is suicide hotlines. I feel like i want to die, but i dont think am really suicidal or even would go through with something that drastic. Should i call them anyway, or is there someone else. My friends and family seem annoyed that im still struggling with this situation. I feel alone and the only person who listens is her, but shes the one who helped trigger this

Check your yellow pages or online for Crisis Intervention services. They are not dedicated to suicide and will be able to help you or at the very least refer you to someone who can.

Please remember firstly that you are not alone and that although it seems like nothing matters at the moment, things always get better with time.
I would try and definitely talk to someone because that will help you, rather than doing it by yourself. Try the suicide hot-line and see if they can help you, and at least be able to recommend someone else that can if they can't. Otherwise, lifeline...that is in Australia, so I'm not sure if you have that in your country. THe other thing is to book yourself into the Doctor and have a talk and they might be able to put you on anti depressants if you need them. Don't let them put you on them if you don't need them though. Is there any community or council projects in your phone book that cover teen or young adult issues, like a mental health unit or something? Even a public social worker. Try and look up depression on the internet too and see if there is any info that helps you. There may even be list of phone numbers on there.
I hope this gives you a start and please just remember that there are alot of good things in your life and that things will get better.

Joel? You did nothing wrong and I'm glad you're not looking
to take your own life.
It's understandable how you feel but please calm down
because you can't focus too well if you're fired up.
Be calm. Be still. Go somewhere alone to give up control over
your anger and circumstance. As for what to do, an answer will come to you as soon as you settle yourself. You need to be where she isn't so that you can think this through maturely.
You can then make a wise decision that you know you won't regret. You can forgive her because forgiveness is very liberating, Joel. Pain and suffering are useless emotions, so
let go. You can always forgive her then ask her to leave.
Do NOT suffer for something someone else has done.
We were never designed to suffer which is why it hurts so
bad when we feel wronged. We were designed to live our lives
through desires we chose to experience joyfully, lovingly,
passionately and so on. Let go of the pain Joel so you can
make room for a better outcome to work its way in, and it
most certainly will. Ok? I wish you well Joel.

i think of you ought to attempt an exercising - sit down down in "indian type" in a room with tips from your self, having good posture, respiratory slowly and deeply out and in of your nostril, with eyes closed, and word your recommendations. in some unspecified time interior the destiny your concentration will shift from the actual international on your inner psychological international, and you'd be totally attentive to your recommendations. Now, purely permit your recommendations bypass - watch them as in case you have been watching television, 0.5 involved. Then in spite of the thought or emotion that could upward push up interior of you, purely word it as though from an outdoors perspective. attempt your ultimate to no longer respond to it in any way, and actual do no longer attempt to "think of chuffed recommendations" - which will purely upload to the mess. you ought to truly try this on a daily basis, and after a week you will probable word which you're commencing as much as have greater authority over your recommendations. it relatively is in view which you're no longer your recommendations and emotions - they are purely kit that could or could no longer be correct and functional to in spite of concern, and by way of self-fact you will discover which you're previous those recommendations and emotions. that's relatively the commencing component of meditation; this could be an threat which you will advance previous the obstacles set upon you, to seize up with on your real skill and being.
