Don't try to lose weight quickly. It is much healthier and safer to lose it gradually. Losing weight too quickly can put extra strain on your internal organs.
Find a recognized diet combined with moderate exercise, which you can stick with. Be realistic. Good luck.

My friends and I are currently using a great system that is along the lines of a liquid diet. I use it to feel healthier since my weight isn't a problem, and they've shed excess pounds with it. Remember anything anyone offers you can only help you lose weight if its excess.
Anyway, about the system, it involves delicious meal replacement shakes. These shakes are very high in vitamins and minerals and anything your body needs. Since they satisfy your nutritional cravings, they give you a feeling of fullness with much less calories than a meal. You still eat a meal a day though. More importantly, however, they are detoxifying. They contain all the good stuff people claim to help clean out toxins from your body, like ginseng and cayenne. The system also involves some fasting days a month, where you drink nothing but a wonderful concoction of antioxidants and vitamins (its anything but malnutritious). You'll feel healthier, lose excess pounds, and gain much needed energy. Contact me at jdplamenac@yahoo.com, I'll tell you all about it and how to get it (free even). Anyone is welcome to email me.

First of all how fast is fast and how much weight? Then adjust your diet and exercise to meet your goal.
Warning: Losing weight too fast can be unhealthy and may cause medical problems if done incorrectly. Consult a doctor first.

Work out daily, and eat the right foods. I lose 10 pounds in like 2 weeks, eating oatmeal 1/2 cup and 1 egg with 2 egg whites every day for breakfest. For lunch tuna or chick breast. Inbetween a snack, like a apple, veggies. For dinner just eat very sensible.
Plus No SODA!!!!! And pleanty of water.

We all want to lose weight fast but you lose it the way you gain it, slowly. Over a period of time if you diet and excersize you'll lose weight.

First of all you need to exercise regularly. To help lose some weight you can go to your local GNC. Somebody I know who works there keeps talking about things one can use to lose weight and give them more endurance while working out. You should check it out, but remember, you need to exercise too to have it work right.

Not the best for your health, but if you must: Cardio about 30 min a day and cut the carbs. Fresh fruit, (even thought there's sugar in there) and veggies!! Lotsa antioxidants: spinach, carrots, etc. Get a juicer! Make smoothies. More cardio. Lots of water.

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be more successful at losing weight than those that don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as lovely potato and wholegrain pasta, greens and lean proteins, buy all of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted you can eat out or order in.

Use spray oil as an alternative to pouring. One squirt contains only one calorie compared to 120 calories from a tablespoon. If you use oil as part of your cooking daily, this small change could lose you a stone over the year.
