I go to bed around midnight, and wanted to know what was the best time to eat my last meal of the day and what would be too much? Also, if I ate something small, how small should it be? Would, for example, a pop-tart be too much?

I think that 8pm is a good time to eat your supper. As to eating before bed, avoid caffeine, sugar, heavy food ( cream, meat, pasta) My girlfriend would have cereal or a tomato and cheese sandwich. Don't forget to eat a very good breakfast.

9 pm (no eating 3 hours before bedtime). A pop tart really isn't that small. It has more calories, fat and sugar than a bowl of cereal, soup, oatmeal, a sandwich, etc, etc.

5 or 6 pm is good. A pop tart is fine.
