Try growing out your hair and getting some cute bangs on each side to cover up a little bit of your forehead.

Hair cut and make up work. Mine is exposed with my hair back but with my bangs (long!) down it looks smaller because the surface area is being covered. Make up works by putting lighter colors arond your eyes, slightly shimmery to keep the eyes attention from drifting up if your hair is straight back. Dabbing a sheer shimmer at the outside corners of your eyes and just under your lower lashes. It works for me even though it makes getting ready take a little longer when I try that hard. Big foreheads are a pain, experiment to see what works. =)

Bangs! They hide foreheads easily. Try getting side bangs, angled to the shape of your face. Wearing large cloth head bands close to your hairline helps. Hats as well.
I have an issue with my forehead, and I just keep my hair on it. I part my hair on the side, and tuck my hair behind my ears. When i have bangs, I do the same thing. it looks cute and hides your forehead!!

side swept bangs...or try a hair growth product to give you some baby hair that will eventually grow out
