Everyday, I walk from school to home. 30mins walks 20 blocks away from the school. Then when i get home. I do 200 jumping jacks drinks some water. Then i do 50 or more curl ups. Then i lift 10lbs 100 times. Also my friend told me if you hold the 5lbs strentch out with your arm standing up and hold it for 2+ mins It works out your muscle and thats what i do also. And IN monring i eat ceral. Lunch Ice tea with school lunch And for dinner i eat lil.

IM trying to become pretty strong and get some abs, i weigh 135.

Also i left 10lb on my left arm and then i go to my right arm 1 at a time, Its that ok?

AND I DONT WORK OUT FOR THE GIRLS. I HAVE SO MANY FRIENDS THAT ARE GIRLS AND THEY LOVE ME HOW I AM. IM ONLY DOING IT CUZ I NEED TO PROTECT MYSELF FROM ANYONE THAT COMES IN MY WAY, YOU KNOW WHAT IM SAYING? PLUS I MIGHT JOIN THE WRESTLING TEAM =)

OK your exercise is good, but you seem to obsess over it. Don't. And you are not eating enough. If you burn off the food you are eaing you are setting yourself up to have serious complaications. You are not going to get fat from eating a healthy diet.

You're crazy. Heck no should you do that! you're just a year younger than me and I'll tell you right now I do not want a guy that is really buff. just loose the babyfat that's the important thing. But even that is pretty stupid. I have to say the guys I fall for the most are the ones that are reaal gentlemen that are kind and considerate and know how to make me laugh... Anyways... if you're working out for the girls give it up because girls don't notice guys until they notice the guy notices them. Trust me I'm right on this one...

It's a good workout to get toned, but as far as building muscles you may need to up the weights a little.

Up the reps to 50 straight on each arm twice if you don't have any bigger weights. If your arms arn't swore when you get up the next day up the weights or reps.

I would eat more and take some protein shakes... otherwise, your just gonna start losing weight after your body reaches its muscular level... You need to eat more into or to turn fat into muscle..
