I would recommend a treadmill because it focuses on your entire body losing fat whereas the ab lounge specifically works your abs. With the treadmill you work every part of your body where with the ab lounge you only work your abs only.
The treadmill also gives you a higher intensity workout, resulting in faster fat loss.
So if I were given the choice I'd take the treadmill hands down. It's good for weight loss, cardivascular health, muscle definition, and like 1000 other things that the ab lounge can't get you.

TREADMILL ab lounge is not very good and makes your back start hurting after several time it did for me. Take out Soda pop and drink water and diet green tea lose weight fast with LEPTOPRIL form wal-mart on TV the real name brand is 125.00 my cousin took 4 bottles of it and lost 89 pounds in 4 months and walked on tread mill for 20 min a day no SODA. you can use a treadmill because it is beneficial for ur whole body. but there is a much better and faster way to lose weight. don't wrry im gonna tell u to take some medication!! okay, there is an infomercial on tv about a product named turbo jam(if u haven't seen it visit www.beachbody.com)-it really works u can lose 10 pounds in the first ten days!!! i got it this summer and it is amazing. it tells u what to eat how much to eat and trust me u don't have to starve. also there are 5 workout dvds and it works all the muscles in your body and it's alot of fun, it seriously doesn't feel like exercise. i swear it works!!! and now you can by it for a cheaper price at a store named As Seen on TV but im not sure if there's one by where u live. But trust me it is worth ever dollar and it doesn't cost as much as a treadmill. it is definitely a smart choice and i would encourage anyone who has weight problems to try it. people have lost up 75lb using turbo jam. honestly check this product out. I know at first i was unsure of it but i worked out and im sure it'll workout for u as well.!! good luck!!! :)

treadmill. losing weight is calories in versus calories out. cardio helps to work off the calories. building muscles burns fat so the ab lounge is important too if the goal is to lose weight AND be fit/toned.

Some good old fashion running is the best way to lose weight. All you need is a nice sturdy, comfortable pair of shoes and the proper attire for the weather and you're set.
