As Muslims we believe that Jesus (peace be upon him) will return to the earth and fight the anti-christ. So, even if people dont need his second coming, still he is going to come, no matter what.

The second coming is to judge the people who were left behind by committing sin, In that 2nd coming He will reign forever on earth.
