My school life seems to be very busy--I can't get enough work done and there's not enough time. Between conducting an extensive research on US-Middle-East foreign relations, writing an English paper of quality and focussing on the studies of government (AP class) , solving difficult math problems and having anxiety attacks for Advanced Biology, I don't seem to have a way to strike a balance

balance in anything is the same.
Believe you can do it.
manage your time so you can get a little breather and section out your studies in smaller time increments.
Dont stress ever and never take it seriously.
Just go with instinct, you have it or you dont.
Rely on your abilities.
I train for triathalons and work construction as an engineer.
I wake up early and focus on one thing at a time.
when you end the day you have balanced every task well(subject)
Energy dispersed in a paced manner.
Youll be happy with a B+ instead of a c+ and be less stressed?
just my thought on it

i just graduated college and i know how hard i can be to balance things. So my first suggestion is that you use class time to its fullest. Dont just write notes or listen to the teacher... really concentrate on learning to what they are trying to teach you. Yea i know this sounds stupid, but i would always get caught up in writing notes and i wasnt listenting to what the teacher was saying. Also be organized with your work; one notebook for each class with a folder, ect.
Next, set up a time to study for each class. I'm assuming your in highschool so you either have the same classes everyday or the same classes every other day (like AB sced). So for each day of the week assign a few hours to study for only that class. Allowing yourself a set time to study for each class really lets yourself concentrate on that subject bc you wont be worrying about studying for the next subject. plan your week or two weeks out in advance, planning for tests and quizes and studying for the most cruicial things the most. as soon as the time you set away is up, you much stop studing. there is such a things as too much studying, its called cramming and its not an effective way of learning.
Other good tip is to use your resources. My highschool and college had a writing center. if you know you have a problem with run-ons in your english paper go to the writing center and they will help you fix them instead of spending too much time and stress trying to fix them yourself.
If your still stressed out, maybe take just the biology class, not advanced biology. It's not like you arent smart enough for it, its just that you dont need to be this stressed out at your age. you much make time to have fun. Believe me, you sound like a person who has a lot on their plate, whether it be a college or your parents for that matter... they arent going to shun you for taking normal biology when you have all these other big things on your resume.
