If you are anything like someone I know with anger issues, none of that camping cramp will help. Hopefully you really care about someone in your life and at the time you feel the maddest, try to stop and think how would they feel at that very moment if they could see the real you at your worse, would the look on their face be worth it?????????

I would say you need to talk to someone like a psychologist. If you don't want to go that route, you can always talk with a close friend or family member. You need to open up to someone who will not judge you, but help deal with your problem. A person who has anger problems such as you, sometimes are acting that way for a reason. You may be emotionally or psychologically disturbed and not even know it until someone digs deep into your inner feelings and you express it all. Remember, violence is never the answer.

Counselors will help you discover why you have anger issues. You have to develop an outlet for your anger, Yeah, easier said than done. Running, exercising, punching bag, whatever.. listening to meditational tapes help as well. You will eventually implode if you don't release it in a healthy way, and tips to control it. You are so right, you may eventually end up in jail some day over this.

Find a productive way to vent your anger. Jogging, walking, boxing, karate, judo, etc...it's not being angry that's bad, it's what you do with it that gets you into trouble. Use the emotion, and the energy created by the emotion to get something positive done. By the time you're done, you'll feel better, not angry, and the excercise will help you think things through, rather than reacting in anger and saying or doing something that you will regret.

Try to get one of your friends to go on a camping trip with you. If it rains, try to gat over that. tell them you want to get rid of your anger issues and want them to make you mad a little so you can try some ways of draing your stress out on something else like a stress ball or a yo-yo, or and other type of pocket sized accesories or you can try techniques.
