See today in school this girl asked my Best Friend (my luv/crush) if he would go to a dance with me, she screamed it! He looked up and smiled and said No. Then on the bus my best friend asked him why he said no. He simpliy said " i don't like her yet" Then she said well maybe schould think it over and he said" he is and he needs to". Thing is he acts like he likes me, I know. He's shy but why is he doing this to me. I don't even know what to say to him anymore. I luv him so much, it's NOT FUNNY. I don't know why? He's not the type of guy i usally go for, he not hott! But hes cute, sweet,nice,fun to be with and etc. HELP ME PLEASE, before he calls me or i call him!!!!!!!!!

Well what you have to do is face your fear. Talk to him. tell him that you want to stay friends but was wondering if you could take it a step farther. Not neccesarily a relationship but start with something casual! Good Luck!

umm i say that he doesnt want neone but you telling him he likes u. by the sounds of it, he likes u just as much as u like him but he wants u, not anyone else, to come up to him and ask him to the dance. if u do call him, u can ask him over the phone so ita be less embarrasing and noone else would even know that u asked him out so if he said no, which he wont, then u would get off scott free!!! well if you can play it cool I would suggest keeping him as a friend until he is ready to take the next step.
If your question is why do you like him so much.....I am afraid I do not know...only you do.
But if you are asking what to do.......obviously you need to tell him how you feel.
But heres the thing if you can manage to JUST be friends with him for the next few years maybe you can hang on to him for a lifetime.....don't squeeze him too tight.....rememeber he said he doesn't like you YET, which means he does but he doesn't want to be tied down and he doesn't want to ruin your relationship....

he is really shy about relationships at this age, that could mean that he likes you but might not be able to express it, you can be daring and ask him yourself rather than your friend, but do it in private, but don't take it personally if he says no, he might just get scared at that moment. If you really like him take it slow and wait for things to develop.

Don't call him!. Let him think everything over like he wants to. HE is probably thinking about the fact that you are friends and he doesnt want to ruin that friendship.

dont call him, guys should call you firstbecause then u will look desperate. all you can do is wait it out and wait for his next move. just talk to him like nothing happened and maybehe'll bring it up.
