16 is not legal age in many countries, for being considered "adult". Even with consent, sex with a 16 year old is illegal!!

k speaking from a mothers point of view:
I don't think it's right at all. No he can't get into trouble if you decide to give something precious to him. But stop and think, he is 23 why would it even cross his mind to do the deed with a young girll like you? He should respect the fact that you are only 16 and very easily manipulated and that is only because of age and hormones. I don't think this is a really good guy at all. If I was your mother I would sit the both of you down and start to look at everything at every angle

It is 16, but there cant be more than three years age difference. When you turn 18 it doesnt matter how much older they are. Dont get caught and dont tell anyone what your doing.

wtf 16 who made that legal? i have to say 20 and what happens if you get pregnut by some chance, where will the poor babby go who will take care of hime, plzz im younger then you and have a bit more brains. yes he can the difference in age is why i belive if there is more than 3 years difference in age then it will be a crime.so if he was 19 it would be legal.

oh yes he can because you're under the age of 18 and that would put him at risk if your parents were to find out. he could be charged for rape by your parents or anyone else for that matter.
