If you had a chid who was sexually molested, would you- A. Have the law deal with it, B. Leave it to God "vengeance is mine, saith the Lord' or C. take matters into your own hands? I am no stranger to God or violence in my life but i would opt for C. myself.

Not hyperthetical. Accused got 1 year, then he was located to the same area as his 3yr old victim & her family. The child is not the same & her Father carries the constant guilt he was not there to prevent it. The accused was a child care worker. 1 year because he claims the child consented, this was taken into account because of the legal debate of when a child knows right from wrong, there is no proof the child did not know right from wrong. This is a justice system?

I would like to think A but I feel I would do C. I personally am against the death penalty when administered by a government but in this case if administered by a parent I certainly could look the other way.

I'd let the law deal with it.
If you take matters into your own hands, you will go to jail, you will be separated from the child that now desperately needs you in order to fully recover.
Leave the justice to the law, leave the vengeance to God ... do your job and take care of your kid like you should.

A. I'd report the creep to the law.
Regarding B, God doesn't exist, so he/she can't do anything about it .
Regarding C, these perverts aren't worth going to jail for.
