I am looking for something that works fast and effectively. I really need to get into bikini season shape & I need to get in shape!! Im 6'1 and weigh 247 lbs. please any suggestions are good.

Well my cousin lost 89 pounds and looks great and feels great and smiles all the time know and it took her 4 months. Drink diet green tea Lipton can be plain or with citrus and water and she took LEPTOPRIL dietary supplement from wal-mart 38.00 a bottle that's the geric brand as seen on TV it is 125.00 a bottle and she also takes relacore to help with the tissue that did hang so I know this works seen it and she tries to do 50 sit ups and walk for 10-15 in place. cut out all reg soda she says the key is water no reg. pop green tea helps clean you out or you can buy the box kind and make it yourself from the dollar store for under 2.00 green tea. Hope this helps I need to lose 15 and i started my first bottle Leptopril and lost 8 pds so far in 7 days but no pop for me water and green tea. Best of luck God Bless

It really is all about the food. Exercise helps, but you can keep it light...30 minutes cardio 4-6 times per week. Weights 2-3 times.
3 meals, 2 snacks per day. Oatmeal with egg whites for breakfast, snack of 1 fruit and 1 oz. cheese, lunch of salad and lean protein, snack of nuts and yogurt, dinner is protein again with a salad and side of broccoli and brown rice. It's the perfect plan, but life sometimes gets in the way!! Stay strong and keep it up, results are fast.

Eat half of your normal portions of anything you want and exercise for 45-60 minutes 5 or 6 days a week.
There is no easy quick fix and if you're looking for that, you'll just gain anything you lose back right away. You need a plan that you can keep up for the rest of your life, or you'll be up and down.

I've lost 15 lbs by cutting out most red meat from my diet(1 meal per week), and eating lots of fruits and vegetables(8-10 servings per day). I've also been doing some light running and light weight training. Good luck.

best to lose 2 lbs /week

60 lbs is too much for 5 months - your body needs a period to adjust slowly -

don't think of it as a diet - this is a lifestyle change - because you need to eat wisely - ALL the time!

make good choices - fruit - veggies - meats
don't smoke - little or no alcohol

cut out soda - anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup in it

The low carb diet and joining a gym like Curves. I lost 7 lbs in the past 2 weeks.

High fiber diets. Make sure you get your daily required nutrients but do it in a few calories as possible - usually about 1200.

LOTS AND LOTS of exercise. If you're serious, get an hour of cardio a day and hour of heavy weight training every other day.
