He's smart....here's why:
Roman Catholics believe that he alone has the pwoer of the Holy Spirit in him. That makes him pretty much the person that when he says jump, all the Catholics jump. He can claim the sky is peach, and they have to agree.
So, he makes some decisions, changes crap, and makes every church in the world (yes the world) that follows his religion, pay him money just to be his pope (that's what part of the collection money goes to). THen he sits back, richer than Bill Gates, eat RIng Dings, Fig Newtons, and jacks off, just like everyone else...except he gets paid to do it.
He's the Ron Jeremey of the Catholic church...he's DAMN SMART!
