Im not sure why you want someone else to do it?
Do you have a computer? Or a friend with a computer? If so , it is really easy to do it yourself and it won't cost you anything.
I cant realy explain how or with what program to do it because it depends what brand of MP3 player you have. Apple Ipods use Itunes, etc. Most low-end or noname brands will work with Windows Media player as well as a few good ones.

You just need a program to rip you cd. Ripping means extracting a song from a CD and saving it as MP3 on your computer. Theres standalone programs to do this. I have Roxio's DVD burning programs, which happens to do this with the Creator Classic program in it.
But once you have everything saved as MP3, just plug in your MP3 player into the USB. You'll see a Found New hardware thing popup. When its done, go to My Computer and you'll see a new hard drive listed on it called Removable Disk. Now just copy your songs onto the "New Drive" aka MP3 Player.
If you know how to right click, Copy and Right Click, Paste, then you can do this easily, its a no brainer.

once you've an ipod then you could import your own cd's into itunes and move them onto your ipod. If that's a distinct kind of mp3, did it comprise a software disk? they often do. if so, once you've loaded the programme onto your pc, you should be able to import your own cds and upload on your mp3 participant. i'd not propose unlawful record sharing web pages, i have been given a malicious software making use of those. i'm not particular the position the most inexpensive downloads are accessible. i imagine Amazon is meant to be somewhat solid...

Most MP3 players allow you to connect the player to a walkman or another cd player to put the songs onto your mp3 player.
