it's annoying when my sneeze doesn't want to come out...i keep getting teary eyed from it...

Heh, You suffer from shy sneezes as well?!
It happens to me often I usually say, Durn my sneeze is being shy.
I look at a bright light, then I look at something dark, then back into the light. Till my shy sneeze comes out. Sounds silly, but that's what I do.

Well if you take your pinky and rub the inside of your nose. By the inside I mean the side that is in the middle. Rub it with the nail, it causes stimulation which then causes the sneeze.

By looking at light you will induce a heliotropic response which will cause you to sneeze...

look at real bright light. i always sneeze from that...
