I had the same thing happen with the stomach flu and when I got my tonsils out. You have to change your diet and exercise, that's the only lasting way. Now that your stomach is shrunk, only eat when you are hungry and stay active. That should help keep it in some sort of control. Ultimately, as we age our bodies become less efficient in burning calories and we have to work harder at keeping our figures from getting outrageous.

No, alot of it was fluid, and it will come back if you resume your normal habits. Besides taking it off slowly, by reducing your portions if you are over weight is much healthier.

in case you go again on your previous foodstuff plan then your previous weight will go back. in case you want to save the burden off then you actual will want to diminish your fat/calorie factor. FYI. most of the weigt that you've lost should be fluids, not fat.

usually it will come back because most of what happened when you had the flu was dehydrate yourself because you could not keep food and liquid down, so it was mostly water weight
