Im 5'5 and weight 115, how can i gain some weight to make it easier to build muscle when i work out?

I'm 15 and i think its because i have a fast metabolism, i eat alot but dont seem to gain weight at all except for when growing in terms of age and getting taller.

In order to gain muscular weight, you should workout for about an hour a day, then eat right after. You want lots of starch and carbohydrates. Lean fats as well. This will give you the extra size without the extra stomach.

to get fat, ive heard actors gaining weight quickly for a part will melt ice cream and drink it

you can take protein when you work out or creatine if you like, howeverdo not take steroids, but you knew that

you do not need to gain weight unless you are like over 18 you are at a pretty good weight i think, and dont let any one tell you you are not. gain by muscel fat is ugly unless you are like a walking stick then it"ll look nice on you.

Head to GNC pick you up some weight gainer, Whey protein, and creatine. That should get you started.

exercise n then eat foood rite after that. its just the opposite of loosing weight ppl say dnt eat rite after u exercise cz u just put weight on

well all the football player...eat lots of protein.....

like he makes a shake...with milk, peanut butter, chocolate syrup, and Ice

he also eats lots of peanut butter sanwiches....

just eat lots of protein and some carbs.....
salmon
beef
beans
peanuts
etc

your age is not shown in your question try some of tricks below
exercise regularly
include fats in diet.
sleep sufficiently
