I have searched the net on interferences with RADAR when it comes to cell phones, the towers, communication antennas. I have yet to find any reputable sources I can take to court with me on a trial for speeding.

FYI ticket fines are very expensive...especially for a student. It is a fact cell phone transmissions (among others) do interfere with devices. I know because I have worked with valves in refineries that have radio antennas. These valves do funny things when people use cell phones around them. That is why nobody is allowed to use cell phones around these valves. I have also seen cell phones interfere with airplane instrumentation. This is the reason whenever people fly the captain asks people to turn off their cell phones.

Don't you think Joe Shyster the attorney has already tied that line? I grantee you he has and it didn't work. It's been proved time and time again an upheld in many courts of law. You can blow smoke at the Judge but he's heard it before.

Take it like a man--You did the crime, now pay the dime.

If an officer is actually transmitting on a police radio, that will cause an RFI indicator, or it won't pick up a target. As for cellphone towers, radio towers, they don't do a thing.
So, look for documents all you like, I probably ran radar about as long as you've been alive and never had a problem.
The only interference that we would worry about is if there was so much traffic that it was hard to pick out a single target, then we switch to LIDAR which is the laser speed indicator, or use a stopwatch (which by the way is hilarious when you pull people over for stopwatch timing and they get mad and hit their radar detector!).
The reason you can't find reputable sources is that, it's not a phenomenon that will be documented in responsible publications, because it's not true.

Sorry but you are going to just be a responsible adult on this case. Pay the fines or go to jail...

And no there on no interferance from radar sensors, guns, detectors...

some radars may be about 1 mph over or under but no more then that

SORRY
BE RESPONSIBLE
PAY UR FINES, OR GO TO JAIL
DONT SPEED

Ur case is pointless

I'll tell you what. If you have never ever went over the speed limit in your whole life then fight it and lose anyway. But if you have ever went over the speed limit and not been caught, then suck up and pay it.
Our society doesn't want to accept responsibilty for their actions anymore.

Give it up, you're guilty. Take responsibility for your actions.
