I'm not good at French, so I would like to ask what are the English for the French "la vie en rose". Does it mean the life is full of rose or the life has the color rose?

Direct translation of 'La vie en rose' is that 'the live is rose'. In fact, it is a French expression when someone is having the best moment or the triumph of his/her life, we can use that phrase. It's quite optimistic French expression, for example, if I'm a very rich man and have a bright future. We can use that phrase.
