Eat something...

dude seriously, just eat whatever you want whenever you want, if you don't you won't be truly happy. If you eat something healthy instead of something you really want to eat, you are just going to be like "aww i wanted that, not this" in the back of your mind. I mean unless what you desire is something healthy. but if your basing this decision on something like "oh no am i going to gain wieght" then you are not being yourself... you are denying your own happiness and that's no way to live. Unless you want to make sure you are skinny because your shallow and you think it will make people like you better.
Just eat what your in the mood for, don't let anyone tell you what and what not to eat, decide for yourself what you want right now and take it!
Its like 11:00pm here, I could go for some cheesecake right now... and if i had some i sooo would, but i don't... :(
so if you have cheesecake and you want cheesecake... then you eat your goddamn cheesecake! if not for yourself... eait it for me man

I personally try to eat less than 50-100 calories once I am approaching bedtime. Normally, I will eat some type of vegetable, because they are so low in calories (cucumber.. maybe even a dill pickle). Usually I find that I am not hungry, but bored and I will chew gum or drink hot tea that is sweetened with equal (I prefer equal, but any artificial sweetener is good) and add just a little bit of lemon. I will sip it slowly and it will help take care of the craving for something sweet and helps me relax. If you are really hungry, you may not be getting enough to eat for dinner. Either save more of your calories for dinner (I usually eat half or a little less at dinner) and then eat a snack of no more than 50 calories (but not something processed or full of empty calories. A small banana, small salad, or even a very small bowl of cereal (with skim milk) can help. If you are just starting your diet, you may feel hungry because you are used to eating a lot more calories (this was the case with me), but it got easier after the first week or week and a half. You learn to eat healthier foods and become satisfied with lighter meals. For someone who always eats in the evening it is really a difficult transition.. but I would remind myself that I am not truly starving and I will be able to eat in the morning (which is SO important). Also remember that the more exercise you add to your day the more you are allowed to eat! If you feel especially hungry that day.. make yourself get up and work for it! It really helps you keep focused on your goal. If you cheat, don't let yourself feel guilty.. just stop where you are (don't just say "oh well, I've screwed up anyway!" and continue to eat. This is one of the biggest mistakes I used to make). Tomorrow is a new day and today is still here..

chew sugar free gum, have fruit or none fat yogurt and if you are REALLY hungry make yourself a salad with vingure and no oil and dont add meat or cheese to it cause those 2 are bad to eat tooo much off when you are loseing weight, or just have 2 teaspoons of honey with tea the natural sugar in it makes you feel less hungry and eat cheesecake if you REALLY want exercise it off in the morning but i dont think cheesecake is a good choice personally

Drink high amounts of water. It fills the stomach, but doesn't have a high caloric effect.

It does make you need to piss like a Russian race horse in the middle of the night, but you won't be hungry.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day, maybe some quaker rice cakes, should be filling and not too bad for you. Maybe some frozen yogurt.

Protein for dinner and little or no carbs. Chromium Picolinate to level out your blood sugar. Get busy with a hobby that keeps mind and hands busy.

Try eating something like cereal or something that contains more liquid than it does solid food. This will fill you up but won't make you gain weight because you will just pee it out.
