Judges deal with people like you everyday. You won't fool him a bit. You drive like idiots sometimes taking out Innocent people and their families. Now you want leniency. What happens when you get it? The next time you might wipe out Mrs Smith and her third grade class in a school bus going on a field trip all because you got off.

You did the deed now stand up and take your punishment like a man instead of a sniveling weenie.

I do know this, when my son had to do intern work for the Federal government he spent a lot of time in the court house having to talk with judges. He said most of them thought if you weren't dressed in a white shirt and tie...you were showing disrespect to the court. So, dress as well as you can, have a decent haircut and take off the earrings if you have them. Above all, remember to say "yes" not "ya", and the words "yes ,your honor and no your honor" will help your case. Stand up straight and tall, no slouching.
Then, if you get lucky, consider getting a mo-ped to drive around with.
Good luck.

How can you plead not guilty? Depending on your past record you might be repentant and politely ask for leniency. A lawyer could help, but that will cost you. How much is your driver's license worth to you. What have you learned from this experience? I would just like your offensive driving deterred.

aside from yank followers, they have a knack for being not properly liked. don't be responsive to if its the once a year sales cap binge or overpaid gamers, yet i be responsive to for a certainty that they've been a decade now without getting #27. And merely so which you be responsive to my buddy, your Yankees gained almost all those titles earlier i exchange into even born in 1979. So stop spectacular your hat on your 26 titles. i'm so ill of that crap. attempt rationalizing why your team does not suck. while every physique is speaking approximately your team, they recommend your team appropriate now, not interior the previous. by how, i don't think of your team sucks, i think of their over-hyped too plenty.

Wear a suit, act humble, take out any earings, make sure your hair is conservative looking....thats about all I can say. I have gotten out of tickets before, but I was wearing a Marine uniform at the time. If you have ever been to a courtroom, most of the people look like scum, so if you look presentable, the judge might give you the benefit of the doubt because you are showing respect for his court.

Just be polite. You can't suck up to judges, they will see right through it. Explain that you need your license to go to work or school and the judge might cut you some slack. Dress nicely wear a suit if you have one and be as respectful as you can.

You should either slow down or invest in a radar detector. I have a Valentine-One and it works like a charm.

CRY, tell them how bad you feel and you were wrong. How sorry you are that you didn't think of others around you or what could happen and that it will never happen again. Cry---Tears rolling down your cheek. Away you will go with a little more money in you wallet and probably some defensive driving.

Better than flattery is to be calm, though appearing flustered and then to make the judge either smile or laugh at your predicament. You will get what you want.

Dress nice, speak clearly and intelligently. A friend talk to prosecution before the trial and had it lowered before going before the judge.

If you do not have a lawyer you are screwed. You can ask to change the ticket to something that will not show up with the DMV
