So, I look basically the same as you do even the same height and I've tried so many hair styles and colors. I thought the best looking and one that accentuated my skin and eyes was to dye my hair black with some med-light brown highlights or just leave it all black. Get natural black, cause you don't want to look like your wearing a wig. But it looks very exotic.

try going to the store and holding the hair color swatches up to your face... If the color compliments you get it...
Or get professional advise at a salon.. Color tones in your skin play a big part, along with your eyes... All colors have a base color.. blonde's..red heads..brown heads..etc.. all have yellow, red, or blue base... Of those 3 colors, which are you more complimented in? What ever color you choose.. choose the base color that compliments with your skin.. or you could look pale, etc.. Just remember since you have brown hair and if you are going lighter, dark hair goes through about 7 stages to get to blonde.. if you stop the process early (and use a developer that's more than 10 or it won't lift(become light)) it will result in a red-orange cast...

If you are still in high school ANYTHING GOES as long as you keep it clean and out of your eyes.

When I was younger I played with my hair color and used these guidelines.

I am fair skinned with blue-green eyes and naturally medium reddish brown hair. My brows and lashes are one jump from black.

Because my brows and lashes are so dark, going blonde would have looked silly on me, so I played with darker shades of my natural color.

I once dyed my hair dark reddish brown and my eyes ended up looking very GREEN.

I've also dyed my hair a shade or two from black, but it was too intense for my coloring.

Just keep in mind your basic coloring and the color of your brows and lashes. Coloring brows and lashes is VERY DANGEROUS and should NOT be done.

Consult with a hair stylist that specializes in coloring hair. He or she can help you select a color that would look good on you.

Check with your local salon that uses Redkin products. They have a line that is very very bright one is called Rocketfire I believe. Go with a really pretty Bright Red. I actually had blonde hair with Hot Pink streaks once. It was pretty unique. Just ask your stylist they'll know what's in style and will come out best on your hair color. :o)

the maximum recent trend in Europe is Glass Ice. i'm not sure the place in united states of america of america you will get this notwithstanding it creates the end result that each and each strand of hair is a shard of glass. The Hair is going previous bleaching and is thoroughly stripped off all pigment then a particular translucent pigment is injected with tips from the vacuum approach into each and each strand. the different dyes additionally create diverse harmonic tones so as that as you walk or bypass you could surely hear an exceedingly gentle pitched pinging, purely approximately like windchimes. So, outstanding can no longer wait to fly to Barcelona to get mine finished.

ok my friend has a salon in manhattan i seen him do your color of hair many times. to make it more shiny and alive dye it light auburn with gold highlights. reddish goes well with green eyes and being your hair is naturally brown the red will take and not fade as much as pale blonde persons hair would. the blonde golden highlights you weave thin thin hair strands painted with the golden blonde and foil each stirp into a piece of hairdressers foil roll up and fold and weave more on top layers and frame of face. not the all underneath just where the sun would kiss it so to speak .

How about fire red. Its a unique color and it doesn't neccessarily look as punk as green or pink. I have green eyes too, and I wanted black hair w/ fire red streaks b/c it looks awesome, but I haven't the nerve to change it yet.

get a beautiful dark auburn! red is so pretty! its like a red orange golden but darker with a bit of brown. its so pretty and people usually dye it light brown, so youd be very very unique. its such a pretty color, but its not right for someone with skin darker than the color, then it might look fake(so maube be a darker one). choose a color similar to yours if you suspect youd get tired of it, so the roots wouldnt be so noticeable. email me if you need anymore help:)

dont do anything that you would regret like dying it green like grass or something like that... i think you should keep your hair the same color it is right now but put some like red highlights or something in it.. it will look really good and it wont attract to much attention(which sometimes is a good thing)

good luck

Try a red. I think that would really bring out the color in your eyes and there are so many shades of red out there to choose from, in so many different brands that you'll def find something you'll love.
