I don't know how they put him in jail that night they have to set a hearing, but I know he didn't do it, positivethe problem is, I have a friend whos friend is also 16 and she got pissed off at her boyfriend so she told him she was ******* around with the one guy which was my friend, he got jealous and told his friends who told her mother, who told the cops, this is the second night in jail, I just found out today when I got no call from him yesterday because he always calls me I knew something was wrong. His bond is 50,000 dollars straight up, If she is 16 then could he get in alot of trouble? I'm 16, and I'm his girlfriend, and I know it's not true that they were messing around because whenever he's not working he's with me, when he gets his schedule he tells me so I know he's not lying. I'm interested to know if you were sexually abused when you were young, but that is beside the point.
Regardless of whether or not he screwed your friend he's doing you. The guy is a pedophile, leave him alone.

Can I just say this...I know you won't understand, but a 30 year old man does not have a 16 year old girlfriend. You are not his girlfriend, and he is not a sane individual. He probably did have sex with the other girl, because he's a pedophile and a predator and that's why there are laws in place to protect girls like you that can't fully grasp his intent.
I'm sorry to tell you that, I know that the truth hurts, but this guy deserves to be under the jail; and I hope they lock him away for a good long time, because although he's not forcing himself on you girls, it's still rape.

i'm not completely particular what the question is.... i'm going to assert this although..a thirty year previous guy having carnal wisdom of a minor (youthful than 18) is unquestionably a criminal in maximum states...and the government will take issues like that very heavily..enormously if the mummy and dad of the minor baby prefer to prosecute. This guy would desire to stand penitentiary time, great fines, and being registered interior the national Sexual criminal Database.

Honey please let this man deal with the situation on his own. You don't realize it but he is manipulating you. There is no way a 30 year old man should even be friends with a 16 year old. You really need to be careful. I know because I had somone treat me in the same way.

I think you should just find someone your own age and having a gf that is just as young as the girl he is accused off raping will not help him at all
