do don't just turn mature by reading a book. All you have to do is live life. down the road life will teach you alot of things. you will slip and fall alot of times but you have to learn on your own. people will tell you not to do certain things but how r u going to know that it is wrong(well that's just me). once you do it then you will realize it and next time you know what's up. being responsible is hard but it is something u have to do. start by getting a job. managing your money is the hard thing but it is possible don't worry about being mature u r still young.

Knowing the names of alcoholic drinks, or knowing how to have sex etc does NOT make you mature.
When you were when you were a newborn could you walk and talk and ride a tricycle? When you were 2 yrs old, could you do the things that 6 yr olds did? When you were 9 could you do what 12 yr olds do ? Of course not....
At 13, the only thing that will get you to maturity is years and years of experience. There is no book that can teach you how to be mature, because it's a long learning process for everyone - you will learn the things you need to know, when the time is right for them. Some 18 year olds are mature, while some 40 year olds aren't.
You're grown up for a long long time, and there are very few of us *mature* people who don't envy you being 13 years old and having the freedom to simply enjoy your life.
Enjoy it while you can sweetie.....

Maturity comes with experience. Knowing the diference between right and wrong. Acting like an adult is a good start. Some of our maturity comes from sometimes doing the wrong thing and getting caught. You will become more mature if you try. Be the leader, not the follower in life. It helps when more people look up to you instead of looking down at you. Hope this helps a little, it's hard to define maturity.

Baby girl it's not that you turn mature it's just that you grow up.It's a life cycle that happens naturally. It's scary as hell becoming an adult and not really knowing what's next but you figure it out.I became a mom at 18 and i thought i would mess up being a mom but it turned out that i made a great mom and now I'm 31.Look don't be in a rush to grow up.You only get 17 years to be a kid and the rest of your life to be an adult. When the time comes you'll figure it out.And as far as sex i have a son your age and please know it's best to wait until your older and have a better understanding of love and sex.Keep the lines of communication open with your parents as well.

Lol. Of course not. Being mature just comes with years of experience. You do stupid things at first and realize you made a mistake, and you learn from it, and never do it again. You start thinking of consequences and being realistic. No rule book!

You don't turn mature. It's all the things you experience in life that shape your thought process. Since your only 13 enjoy your time if you rush it you will get the wrong experince and regret your actions.
Being an adult isn't all it's cracked up to be.

You learn how to be mature as you grow older. There is no book and it is not easy. Just pay attention and learn from other peoples mistakes as much as possible. Be yourself always, stand up for what you believe in and trust your instincts.
