When you are having masturbation fantasies is it normal to think about people in real life. Not just people that you know well, but even random hot people you might have seen during the day. Can anyone see any moral problems with this, for example thinking about people in ways that they may not want to be thought about?

Perfectly normal. Until the day you go out and abduct the person and force them into your fantasy, you're just fine. Thought it not a crime and it effects no body but you. It is HARD to dream up faces or bodies you've never seen.

I do it, and I see nothing wrong with it. The point of autoeroticism is to get yourself aroused. You see a random hot girl, it might arouse you. If you're thinking about it later I see nothing wrong with that.

And as for the morals: Unless you plan on stalking or in some way physically acting out your fantasies I don't see any moral issue with this.

It's perfectly normal to fantasize about whoever you want while you're masturbating. It's your thoughts and it's whatever gets you off that matters, so it's perfectly up to you to conjure up whatever images you please while "doing the deed".
