This question is serious. I have been lucky if I get 3-4 hours of sleep at night right now and I'm so exhausted that I have a hard time falling asleep. I'm sure those of you who have worked a lot of overtime or had to take care of their sick child like I did can relate.

Yup. Exhaustion is different from tiredness. Exhaustion is your feeling of being "drained", whereas tiredness is your body wanting to shut-down for sleep. You can be exhausted but not tired, and that's when you get the difficulty sleeping.

I can relate.

I'm a full time student, and sometimes I can only get to sleep if I know that everything is set for the next day, like, backpack in the car, homework done, food ready, etc.. and that take smost of my night to do, at which point I am either so tired I'm energetic, or plain can't sleep..

Yes i have had that best thing to do is get up, sort out your pantry, read a book, anything until you feel you could go to sleep. You only feel worse the next day if you stay in bed and try to fall asleep, all it gets you is frustrated and more worn out.

i imagine there are a variety of of problems with dozing with someone. i love cuddling and doing a touch different stuff in mattress yet truly dozing can get demanding. I opt to sleep on my own.
