I am losing weight right now by limiting myself to 1200cal a day and taking hoodia plus before every meal. It does a good job at suppressing my appetite so I eat less. Take it 30 min prior to eating with 8 oz of water. Also when you do eat, eat healthy food like chicken and veggies and fruit; and again no more than 1200 cals a day. Stay away from soda and sweet drinks. Lite lemonade or water mostly...
Walk as much as possible. I walk about 30 mins a day.

My friends and I are currently using a great system that is along the lines of a liquid diet. I use it to feel healthier since my weight isn't a problem, and they've shed excess pounds with it. Remember anything anyone offers you can only help you lose weight if its excess.
Anyway, about the system, it involves delicious meal replacement shakes. These shakes are very high in vitamins and minerals and anything your body needs. Since they satisfy your nutritional cravings, they give you a feeling of fullness with much less calories than a meal. You still eat a meal a day though. Eat 4-6 small meals a day and make sure you eat breakfast. If you want lose alot of weight eat chicken breast and greens and eat some fiber in the morning to get a jumpstart. Weight lost takes time but you can do it.
ps water is your best friend cut everything else out

I just saw Dr. Oz (from Oprah) on 20-20, He was with another doctor and they wrote a book together, called : YOU on a diet !
It's in book stores this weekend.....It is basically about brain food.
He says to eat the same foods for breakfast like cereal, or oatmeal everyday. No Bacon....Lunch like soup, or basically a salad with very little dressing.....
Dinner, or supper we all know to eat lean meats. baked chicken
fish, tuna,. Vegetables, and fruit everyday. Fruit mentioned was apples, bananas, and pears....Nuts, 1 handful a day b/4 meals by 1 hour.like Almonds, or plain nuts ......Give it a try, I am going to...

Dropping weight the healthy way could be hard.
My friend went on the gum and water diet (not literally) and he lost 43 pounds and I think he is still losing weight.
What he did was limit his food. He would have a small breakfast, skip lunch and dinner. Water. Gum. And exercise.
