Yes, i don't think mine is from the lack of brushing and flossing because I have braces and I have to floss every night, I also brush twice a day. Some people would say that my gums are sensitive due to my braces but as long as I can remeber, even at age five, my gums would bleed while brushing, some say that I brush too hard, i started brushing lighter and the still bleed, so I just think that my gums are sensitive.

Yes. But my dentist said that it can happen even if you floss all the time. I brush twice a day and floss about 4-5 times a week, but mine still bleed. Some people just have sensitive gums.

yes and it could be a gum disease my dentist said or gingivitas (sp?) Some people also just have very sensitive gums. Use a very soft brush when brushing and try to rinse your mouth with water mixed with peroxide (small amount) for a few days and if you have an infection (minor) it may improve and stop the bleeding or irritation. Good luck!

Yes they have, just recently. I switched toothpaste brands. Went from Colgate 24 hour to Aquafresh. Now I have bleeding gums. I am switching toothpaste again back to my original.

if your gums are bleeding, that means that they are infected, or they are becoming infected. brushing and flossing can fix it. and rinsing your mouth with warm water.

Mine do once in a while and it's either due to brushing too hard or tartar buildup along the gumline and under it as well.

When I clean my teeth at the dentist they do. He told me to rinse with salt and water. You can visit a dentist and see what he says it can be because of buildup or mabye they are just tender.
