This happened to my daughter, like you she wanted smaller. It got so bad that she would wrap them tightly with an ace bandage, binding is what I think she called it. As time went by ,she grew in to them. She is happy with what she has now. She is very well proportioned lady thees days not just because she is mine.*

Sorry to hear that it's affecting your health ( although I am curious what you mean by that). My daughter is the same age and is going through the same thing ( it's kinda a love hate thing with them for her and playing sports is sometimes difficult), but you have to carry on with life. Being a teen is hard enough without being the center of the wrong kind of attention but if you deal with it, it will pass (trust me).
For the time being talk to your Mom about your unhappiness and see if she knows what to do to help you get through it. The best thing you could do right now is get a sports bra and start doing some exercises or weight bearing ones to help lift and tone them. ( A lot of women body builders or wrestlers have little or no breasts, if it wasn't for implants they'd be flat as a board.). The exercise will also strengthen your back, give you more energy, a better outlook of life and eventually you'll look and feel great.
Remember that your only a teen once, enjoy it while you can. In three years your an adult and then you'll be wishing you didn't waste so much time fretting over something unimportant as bra size.

A/ You are still fifteen! I know that having large breasts is a Pain . You haven't finished growing just yet if you were 20 then you really have a major problem.
I would suggest that if you want to reduce the size of your beasts at the moment without invasive surgery. You try binding them.
B/ Have you spoken to your mother or her mother even your fathers mother and your aunts about this problem as it maybe a genetic problem. If they have gone through a period where their breasts were large and are now normally proportioned maybe you will to.
C/ Speak to your doctor. In some countries there are ways to get breast reductions subsidized especially if they are affecting your health.
D/ If you feel that it is appropriate and you find that your mother etc went through the same type of growth phase. You could consider a corset which will give you back support and may reduce or shape you until things get better. It is not something that I would consider other than in extreme circumstances for my own daughter. It is an option. Please get one fitted by a reputable corsettier.

You could get a breast reduction, that is the only way to go for your size.

I grew up with the curse (YES IT IS a curse) of large breasts. Eleven months ago I went through breast reduction surgery and love it ! I went from a 38J to a 38C.

Now, you are 15, so you probably won't be able to get the surgery done till you are over 18, mainly because you may not be done growing yet.

What you could do while you wait, is check out http://www.jms.com for some bigger sized bras. Also go to Nordstroms or JCPenney (NOT victoria secret or fredericks!) and get sized, since 80% of us women are wearing the wrong size bra!. Look around on jms for minimizer bras, that will help with your support.

Also check out http://www.breasthealthonline.com where you can find many other women/girls that are going through reduction surgery.

I have the same problem...(two sizes difference between my chest and waist). It IS very annoying, but there's really nothing you can do about it. If you are at your correct weight, then that's where you'll be.
If they are starting to cause health problems--like with your back--it's possible you can get insurance to pay for a reduction. But these are extreme cases---like DD or more.

You can go to a plastic surgeon and they can do an invasive procedure (breast reduction) that will reduce the size of your breast. It is a surgical procedure and does have apparent health risks. But, if you are having back pains due to your breast, it would be reasonable and a doctor will recomend it. But, if you are doing it purely for vanity than I would not suggest it due to the complications of the surgery.

The most healthy way to do it, while avoiding surgery, would be to go to the gym. There's a machine called "flyers". You put your arms up (in a position almost like how wrestlers flex their muscles on tv) and there are two bars of padding that go in front of each of your arms. You sit down and squeeze your arms together and apart over and over again. This works your chest muscles and will make you lose the "boob weight".

I know how you feel. I am not fat and I have extremely large breasts on a small body. The only way I have tried to get them smaller is to do the chest press at the gym.

If you sleep on your stomach, it might flatten them down but you should love your body as it is. It's the way God intended you to be and be aware that you are not through growing and the rest of you will catch up and normalize. You may want to look like the other girls your age, but believe me they are jealous of you. Just concentrate on your school work and you'll be farther along than all of them.
