I covered the yard in expensive decorative rock and sectioned off an area about 50 square feet for them to use, even put soft sand down, but I'm still cleaning their waste off the rocks every week and its a pain. Any suggestions besides stopping feeding them or installing corks?

There is an herbal spray that you can get it is called off limits. you just spray it on the rocks and it keeps the animals away from the area you sprayed. it runs about $15.00 for a 32oz bottle. the down fall is that it only lasts about three days for each treatment.
there is also a spray called simple solutions puppy training aid that you spray where you want the dog to "go". this runs about $5.00 for a 16oz bottle. good luck!

If they are not that old you could try laying puppy pads down where you want them then reward them when they go there.
