I mean we chat on the computer and then when we go to school sometimes it feels weird to talk to him so all we say is hi. He asked me if i would go with him and i said "yea but i have know you better". he wasnt asking me out he just wanted to know if i would go with him. and then i asked him the same question and he responed yes. he always gives mr compliments like im cute, pretty, nice, i look good, and that im a good friend. So does he like me or not? because every time i see him or think about him i get butterflies in my stomach what should i do.

Okay, this is my analysis and it is perfectly normal for people to be this way. You two are both attracted to each other but you need a little push to get into the relationship. You both are interested in each other and attracted but when you get to school it is all different, you don't know what to say or act around each other but when you are at home talking over the computer it is a little more safe and secure because you are at home and you're not face to face.

So you both need to up your confidence levels and one of you have to ask the other out on a date. So both of you stop being shy and get to know each other in person. Well get to know him in person before you go out on a date with him but once you found you two have the same interests and there is some chemistry between you two then someone needs to make that step to ask the other person out. Just be yourselves and act natural.

Sounds like he's definitely got a thing for you...and you for him as well.

Don't jump too fast into what you know is going to happen anyway and just enjoy this early on stage of cute flirting...things can get serious quick and although a steady is nice, the sweetness of uncertainty is a blast!

If you're getting butterflies then you know what a wonderfully sweet feeling that is....make it last as long as you can!! You should playfully flirt with him and then let nature take it's course.

I think that he does like you. Enjoy the compliments. I remember when I was a senior in high school and I had a serious boyfriend that was long distance. Several guys liked me but I wouldn't flirt or anything. I felt like I had to be a perfect girlfriend. The boyfriend I had then and I broke up and I think back on it and I hate now that I was like that. Anyway, I really think that he likes you. You can be nice back and compliment him to, but try not to flirt so much that you look like a *easy girl*. That would be BAD.
