It is not clear to me if this situation makes you uncomfortable, or if you are enjoying the attention, but, yes, that kid seems to like you, or at least he is curious, or interested in you. If he seems nice,you should politely smile and thank him for his compliment, but this should not be an invitation for him to try anything beyond that. In fact some boys (and men too!) say those things to many other girls just to see what they can get out of them. You could also ask him what makes him say those things and also some things about him, just to see what kind of a boy he is. But he should not just stare at you.That is rude, never a good sign and it would make anyone uncomfortable.

yea its harsh do not get entangled nd if u truly like her per chance u could enable her recognize i dnt recommend yelling it out yet like a at the same time as in a private position pull her aside nd tell her whats going if u do make confident u do it gently nd remind her that u were in simple terms taking under consideration her feeling so she did not get damage also remind her u did not get inquisitive about it nd per chance if she would not freak about it ask her out nd or tell her that u did that because u didn't want to c her get damage
