well i started to date this guy and well one day after my basketball
game i went to my locker to get my books and well i saw him kissing my best friend and neither of them know i know. But any way he is nice and stuff but i broke up with him but i am like heart broken. and i have no idea what to do to get him out of my mind and the image won't leave. any one have any suggets how to get over it?

Get a hobby anything to keep your mind busy...Also think of it this way...Why would you want to be with someone who doesn't respect, nor love you enough, that he is kissing on your friend??? I hope you got rid of the friend to...With friends like that who needs enemies....

I know what you mean i had that happen to me once but it was 3x worse. But anyways to you first off i want to say im sorry that happen. First i think you should juz sit down one day and think bout him and everything that has happened between you to. Once you have thought of everything put all the things on a piece of paper. When you finish that rip each one in half and throw it away and as you rip the paper rip the memorys out of you head. once you finish that you think of him no more and you plan for the future dont look back. You sure your very pretty and turn the boy's heads already so pick on something sexy and go by your way and im sure guys will start to hit and pick up on you. and with all of that you want have the time to think bout him. and once he sees what he has lost them he will be out of luck. So really its his lost not yours.

Time heals all. You have to give yourself the time to get over him. It is a normal process that everyone needs to go through. If you don´t go through that process you will end up in another relationship that won´t amount to anything because you are still clinging to the other relationship. Try going out to the park and rediscovering who you are and what you want from your life. Give yourself the time. Oh yes and get rid of everything that reminds you of him or you will never get over him. They will haunt you and what you want is to get rid of his image in your surroundings and your mind. Good luck and hang on to time. When you least expect it you will be ready to move on and find your real true love.

You have a lifetime of heart breaks ahead of you, and trust me they will be way more hotter than him. Just move on and only time will help with that or the next cutie in line. But in order to rid yourself of ill feelings towards either him or your friend, I would let them know why you made your decision. Even if you just say it to her, trust me it will help you in the long run.

yeah thats gotta hurt a lil well if you really really liked him then it will take a while to get over it soo you know try to be with friends and do stuff that doesnt remind you of him dont be alone much cuz then you start to think things and will definitely remember him over and over again

It's hard to get someone out you're head. very hard. but the best thing you can do is find some friends and hangout and go dance and have fun and just stop thinking about it so much. find another guy. it's always someone better just gotta find em.

the best thing to do is find somebody who will treat you right.. guys are big a$$holes.. So if thats how it was with him you didnt need him anyway.. so just start looking for something good

well if it were me, i'd corner both of them tell them how u feel and walk away, because then u will know how they feel about the situation and if the friend is a true friend you will know. as for him, i wouldn't talk to him ever again lol he's jerk to do somethinglike that
