I'm rather new at this whole Scottish football thing, being from the States and all.
Which team do you deem that I give my support to???

I support Falkirk for two reasons. I lived there for two years and I couldn't support either Rangers or Celtic. Those teams and their fans hate the other for no good reason other than religious hatred. If they are Catholic, they support Celtic. If they are Protestant, they support Rangers. When the two teams play, almost every time there's bigoted violence. I'm in England now. I've supported Arsenal for 10 years. Oh, I'm from the States too. Scottish people are extremely friendly for the most part. They are good people. Just don't support the wrong team in certain parts of Glasgow. You're likely to get knifed.

HALF of the answers will be 'Celtic', HALF will be 'Rangers'. Both teams have been tainted for over 100 years by sectarian overtones and a bitter, evil rivalry.
The thinking person's choice is Partick Thistle.
Quote from wiki :
"The club also has many temporary fans, what with the ground being so close to the University of Glasgow. Many students from outside of Glasgow choose to follow Thistle while there, most ending up supporters for the rest of their lives."
Don't follow the crowd -
Come on the Jags!

Glasgow Rangers, the most successful football team in the world ever and that's a fact. They also have the best looking players and the most gorgeous supporters. Plus they play in the famous red white and blue colours, the same as the good old stars and stripes ( we have 5 stars above the club crest )
Fantastic stadium, easy access via the Glasgow underground...try them out, you won't regret it my friend!

Don't go for the two big glory hunters. Celtic and Rangers have bought the trophy's for years. Try Aberdeen on their day they can beat any one. Ask Real Madrid 1983

If you have any Irish relatives then CELTIC are the team for you,
If you don't then i suggest Kilmarnock,in south west Scotland,or Aberdeen in the north east.
But Celtic are the champions and by far the best team in Scotland.
I support them and I'm the most handsome guy on here...

Depends where you are living ... support your local team - so if you live anywhere near Inverness you should support Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

If you are anywhere near the English border head south at the weekends - the footie is better. ;-)
